Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience providing geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage a patient caseload in an outpatient or long-term care environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
