Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Henrietta, NY
Summary:
Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire Production Techs as long term temps . This is a great opportunity for hands-on individuals looking to build their manufacturing skills and grow their careers in an innovative industry.
Shift(s):

• 2 nd Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 X 10): 3:30PM - 2:00AM - 12% Shift Differential

Pay:

• $18 - 20 /hour (based on experience) + 12% shift differential on 2 nd

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Hand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work.
• Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process.
• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Complete manufacturing documentation as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
