What You'll Do as a Team Lead:

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the work of your shift team.
• Keep production and maintenance activities on schedule for quality, quantity, and timing.
• Ensure team members follow safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.
• Set up and organize the shift for efficient production.
• Keep your team working together effectively and maintain strong team engagement.
• Monitor production output, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Ensure job orders have the proper labels.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and provide a thorough handoff to the next shift.
• Stay active and engaged on the shop floor—this is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job!

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team and organize a shift for safe, efficient production.
• Strong communication, teamwork, employee engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety, quality, and production standards.
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
