Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, review resumes, pre-screen talent, and present recommendations for role and culture fit.
• Strategic Sourcing: Build robust, diverse candidate pipelines using creative, data-backed sourcing techniques and new community talent channels.
• Stakeholder Advisory: Guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process to ensure a seamless hiring experience and positive candidate journey.
• Process & Data Management: Maintain real-time accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while identifying ways to improve recruiting efficiency and lower cost-per-hire.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent NAPA as an employer of choice and actively champion company-wide diversity recruiting initiatives.
