This includes:Analyze and interpret client’s financial data and identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactionsReview transfers of tangible goods, services and intellectual property transactionsManage functional analysis interviewsPerform documentation, planning, dispute resolution and advance pricing agreementsLead multiple transfer pricing engagements ensuring the delivery of quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clientsBuild on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situationsCollaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms around the worldProvide transfer pricing technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wideAssist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are metUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clientsInvest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programsSupport the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goalsQualificationsMaster's degree in Finance or Economics requiredEight (8) + years specific transfer pricing experience requiredThree (3)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desiredExperience creating and working with complex financial models, drafting detailed functional analyses, and drafting concise and accurate technical writings requiredAbility to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects, including project economics, budgeting and billingEligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship, highly preferredThe pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
