Join a Team That Heals, Empowers, and Makes a Difference Oddesty K & Associates is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth-oriented therapist to join our expanding practice. We provide trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through traditional counseling, psychoeducation, and innovative equine-assisted services. This position offers the opportunity to work in both private practice and community-based settings while receiving ongoing professional development and support. Position Type Part-Time (Ability to build to full time) Hybrid (In-Person and Telehealth) Responsibilities Provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners as appropriate Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations Learn and provide Equine-Assisted Therapy services (training provided) Provide services in both school-based and private practice settings as assigned Schedule Requirements Applicants must be able to: Work a hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth) Work at least two evenings per week (5:00 PM–7:00 PM) Work at two specified Sundays per month (1:00 PM–5:00 PM) Scheduling is flexible, so qualified candidates are encouraged to apply even if they have questions about availability. Qualifications Fully Licensed Therapist LPC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent Alabama independent license Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Experience working with children and adults preferred Associate Licensed Therapist ALC, LMSW, MFT Associate, or equivalent Alabama associate-level license Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Eligible to practice in Alabama Preferred Qualifications Experience with couples and family therapy and or group therapy Trauma-informed clinical experience School-based counseling experience Interest in holistic and experiential approaches to healing Passion for serving diverse populations Competitive compensation Possible free clinical supervision for associate licensed therapists who are the right fit Opportunities for free NBCC-approved continuing education each year Training in Equine-Assisted Therapy Opportunities for leadership and program development What You Will Gain Experience working in both school-based and private practice settings Experience providing individual counseling and group therapy Experience facilitating psychoeducational programming Training and experience in Equine-Assisted Therapy Exposure to a diverse clinical population #J-18808-Ljbffr
