• Guide customers through the purchasing process, providing clear and accurate information about vehicle features and financing options.
• Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and manage sales leads efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs to provide tailored recommendations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build trust.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales leads efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to create a supportive and engaging customer experience.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
