This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial results, reviewing account reconciliations, analyzing variances, and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance across regional operations.Working closely with regional and corporate finance teams, the Manager will oversee the monthly close process, financial reporting, and balance sheet reviews while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role will also drive improvements in accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and standardization, while supporting new business integrations and monitoring related costs. In addition, the Manager will lead a team of two finance professionals.The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting and financial reporting expertise, a solid understanding of internal controls, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the monthly close and financial reporting process, including variance analysis Prepare financial reporting package, providing insights and commentary to corporate headquartersReview general ledger entries, prepare accruals and ensure accurate and timely financial reportingManage regional forecasting to support sales and profit targets.Partner with FP&A and senior management to review results and support business decisionsImprove reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance.For immediate consideration please reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io.
