Job Description This program offers a valuable opportunity for hands‑on experience in the automotive industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians and gain insight into various aspects of auto body repair. The position starts with a 30‑day trial to qualify for the 18‑month Technician Development Program. Key Responsibilities Assist in performing basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under the supervision of experienced technicians. Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency. Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans. Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Trade or vocational school graduation (preferred). Some on‑the‑job experience (preferred). I‑CAR Gold Class certification (preferred). Required Skills and Abilities At least 18 years of age. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions. Manual dexterity and efficient use of hands in handling vehicle parts. Strong interest in the automotive industry and desire to learn and develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools (preferred). Good communication skills and positive attitude toward learning and problem‑solving. Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace. Other Requirements Maintain a good rapport with supervisors and co‑workers. Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
