Forklift Operator

Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to maintaining safety and accuracy standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and storage areasMove, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locationsReplenish pick locations to support order fulfillment operationsPerform inventory handling tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO)Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality issuesConduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needsUse RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movementsMaintain a clean and organized work area, including removal of pallets and debrisFollow all OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse proceduresSupport shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as neededWork collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goalsQualificationsPrevious forklift or material handling experience preferredAbility to operate stand-up reach trucks and/or sit-down forkliftsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution environmentBasic math and inventory tracking skillsAbility to lift, move, and stand for extended periodsSkills & AbilitiesForklift Operation (Stand-Up, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack)Warehouse Operations & Material HandlingInventory Control & Cycle CountingShipping & ReceivingRF Scanner / WMS SystemsSafety Compliance (OSHA Standards)Teamwork & CommunicationTime Management & ProductivityDay Shift: $19 Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pmSwing Shift: $20 Sun-Thurs 2:30pm-11pm
