Underwriting Analyst

Assisting the mergers and acquisitions liability division, the full-time remote Underwriting Analyst will support the underwriting of representations and warranties insurance by managing submissions, participating in internal calls, and maintaining electronic files. Key responsibilities Assist in underwriting Representations & Warranties insurance policies Participate in internal underwriting calls with the M&A deal team Manage submissions, quotes, binders, and policy issuance with proper supervision and approvals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or Paralegal degree/certification Experience with financial statements, taxes, and legal documents preferred Knowledge of current business and legal risks Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
