Must-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux utilities, Bash, and Python, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and teamwork skills, with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
• Passion for building high-quality software, following implementation best practices, mentoring others, and improving delivery methodologies and processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working independently in fast-paced or complex technical environments.
• Strong interest in process improvement, software quality, and team mentoring.
