The Knowledge Advancement and Insights (KAI) team optimizes portfolio execution by developing digital tools that accelerate access to insights through enhanced connectivity and integration of people processes and systems. You will support the evolution of digital transformation and organizational change management initiatives that enable how teams work across Operations. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Project Manager for a new digital application in development organizing user requirements facilitating meetings and working with product owners to create user stories for developers. Develop change management assets Create communications trainings and adoption resources that help employees successfully navigate new tools processes and ways of working. Develop project management onboarding and upskilling assets Leverage AI and digital technologies Must Have Skill Sets:
