Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise. Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, and offering solutions. Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Performing store measurements and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts. Executing the Tractor Way top cap process. Carrying out store price changes accurately and timely. Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery. Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers. Ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors. Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Performing additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently. Working Conditions Generally indoor environment with moderate noise levels. Hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) indoors and outdoors, with adequate lighting and temperature. Work shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store. Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment. Physical Requirements Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Occasional overhead lifting or reaching. Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, and ladder climbing. Ability to move throughout the store during shifts. Effective communication skills.
