Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.**Shift:** Wednesday - Saturday 4-10 hour shifts | Shift time: 11:00am - 9:30pm**Pay Range:** $34.00 - $37.50 depending on experience.**Responsibility:*** Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.* Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.* Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.* Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.* Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.**Education:*** Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.**Work Experience:*** 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.**Certification:*** Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
