We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as we embark on this transformative journey, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering premium products and services across the flooring industry.Position OverviewOur Warehouse and Delivery Driver for branch operations is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and showroom environment, receiving inventory and stocking in accordance with an established plan, picking stock, and loading customers. This individual will deliver to company warehouses, retail showrooms and jobsites, unloading trucks in the warehouse and at delivery points as necessary, while maintaining a clean DMV, following all laws and regulations, and maintaining a delivery route with efficiency in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely deliver flooring and flooring-related products to customer jobsites and other branch locationsProvide friendly, professional service during all customer interactionsPerform warehouse duties, including:Receiving and checking in product shipmentsStocking and organizing racks, shelves, and inventoryPulling, staging, and preparing customer orders and interbranch transfersAssisting with loading/unloading trucksMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentAccurately complete paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory recordsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)Previous warehouse, delivery driver, or related experience preferredAbility to lift and move flooring materials and related products (50+ lbs.)Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyHigh energy, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, professional, and customer-service orientedTeam player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and take directionWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentTraining and development for the right candidatePosition is contingent on passing a background check, drug test and clean MVR.
