Status: Full-Time

⏰ Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: Yes

Home Visits: Pinellas County: Largo, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and New Port Richey, FL. Pinellas and Pasco Counties - we encourage you to apply or reach out to learn more!

Responsibilities

The Home Health Field, RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include :

• Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
• Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
• Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor

Home Health RN Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
• Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
• Required 1-year Registered Nurse
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing
• Preferred 1 year Home Care
