HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Fruitland, MD
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for skilled OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Weekly average of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
- Enjoy driving modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeping facilities.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
