You'll perform a variety of mechanical and electronic assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to on-time delivery goals, continuous improvement efforts, and a safe, organized workplace.** What You'll Be Doing*** Assemble and test meters, regulators, and related components* Perform a variety of mechanical and electronic assembly operations* Follow work instructions, production standards, and established assembly sequences* Support on-time delivery by working effectively as part of the production team* Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process* Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and shop procedures* Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready* Participate in 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities* Attend and contribute to safety meetings and training activities* Assist with inventory counts and material verification as needed* Work collaboratively with team members across the manufacturing floor* Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned** What We're Looking For****Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED* 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience* Experience using basic hand tools and assembly equipment* Must be 18 years of age or older* Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures* Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Ability to work effectively as part of a team* Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn* Ability to stand, move, and perform assembly tasks throughout the workday**Preferred Qualifications*** Familiarity with safety procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing environment* Experience participating in continuous improvement or 5S initiatives** What We Offer*** Competitive pay: **$20.00 – $ 22.00** per hour, based on experience, skills, and location* Medical, dental, and vision benefits* 401(k) with company contributions* Paid time off and company holidays* Career development and advancement opportunities* Employee recognition programs* A collaborative team environment where your contributions matterWerden Sie Teil des globalen Xylem-Teams und gestalten Sie innovative Technologielösungen mit, die die Nutzung, Verfügbarkeit, den Schutz und die nachhaltige Verwendung von Wasser sicherstellen.
