Quick Facts Location: Boston, MA Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date/Duration: 12/07/2026 Shift: 3x 13-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM), no nights, no holidays Hours/week: 39 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MA State License, Board Certification in Neurosurgery required Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $129.98/hr Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Collaborate with residents during rounds and develop patient care plans Review and update patient orders; perform patient assessments and follow-ups Discharge planning and documentation Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred) Participate in inpatient neurosurgery care for pediatric patients Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with facility protocols What You Need Current MA State License Board Certified in Neurosurgery Minimum 1 year of neuro-specific experience Ability to perform drain removals preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a prestigious hospital in Boston dedicated to exceptional inpatient neurosurgery care for pediatric patients.
