Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, addressing a range of mental health issues and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Encourage open dialogue with clients about their emotions, experiences, and relationships, facilitating personal insight and growth. \n
- Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and needs to enhance their treatment outcomes. \n

The clients you will serve are prescreened and classified as stable with low acuity, ensuring that you can concentrate on providing meaningful therapy without the overwhelming stressors often found in more acute settings. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of an independent license valid in Oregon, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. \n
- Strong decision-making skills for assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy. \n
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing for empathy and rapport-building with clients. \n
- Proficient computer skills to navigate online tools and maintain records efficiently. \n

- Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and therapy management software. \n
- Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health challenges. \n
