Candidates should be ready to embrace a rewarding and challenging role. Unit Details: Number of Beds: 23 Staffing: Day shift consists of RNs and Behavioral Health Technicians. Night shift also includes RNs and Behavioral Health Technicians. Patient Ratios: 5-8 patients per nurse. Typical Equipment: Vital sign machines, glucometers, IV supplies, oxygen, and EMR system. Ideal Candidate: A candidate who thrives under high-stress situations and enjoys a fast-paced environment would be ideal. Experience with diverse behavioral health populations is preferred. Familiarity with emergency responses to psychiatric emergencies is advantageous. The ideal person would manage stress well and prefer to steer clear of drama. Weekends are required, but there is no on-call duty. Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs or a white top with navy pants.
