Job Description
The Store Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. This position involves hands on interaction with customers, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. A successful Store Associate collaborates effectively with team members and operates POS systems efficiently to enhance overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Replenish stock to maintain product availability
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Maintain a general knowledge of cannabinoids and their functions in the body
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Previous cannabis experience
Pay Rate is $15 per hour to start, moving up to $17 per hour after you complete your 60 day mark.
