Tax Senior Manager, International

I’m working with a highly respected, fast-growing regional CPA firm that is expanding its international tax practice and looking to add an International Tax Manager to the team.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to work directly with partners on complex international engagements.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and review international tax returns (C corps, S corps, partnerships, HNW individuals, trusts & estates)
Analyze and resolve complex international tax and accounting issues
Conduct tax research and provide strategic guidance to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities
What You Bring
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Proven experience in international tax
Fluency in Japanese (required)
CPA license
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines
