Registered Nurse - IMCU - Full Time Nights

Position Summary To coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid licensure in Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NVCI, CCRN, or ONS chemo/immunotherapy may be required based on unit specialization. Experience in adult, pediatric, emergency, critical care, or oncology settings preferred. Ability to work under pressure, stand for extended hours, and lift up to 250 lbs with assistance. Responsibilities Include Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely, document accurately, and evaluate patient responses. Handle patient transport, contribute to staff development, and maintain a safe, healing environment.
