Brand President Exit Factor

The Brand President is responsible for executing the vision, strategic direction and long and short-term business goals for the brand. This leader is responsible for analyzing and understanding the current market, establishing the sales and brand strategies for both the franchisees and the franchisor, and delivering substantial and sustainable sales and margin growth year over year and owns the P&L for the segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall set the vision, strategic direction, expectations and annual objectives for the brand.
• Help direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of sales/marketing and operational teams to advance brand goals.
• Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
• Lead the business segment in understanding the markets, identifying opportunities, establishing and helping our sales model and establishing the sales strategy.
• Benchmark, track and analyze annual performance metrics and trends to ensure continuous growth and progress against objectives.
• Collaborates with the Finance Department on the P&L and operational plan, monitoring and communicating plan progress and taking appropriate action to stay on course.
• Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
• Lead, develop and execute strategic sales strategies, best practices and initiatives to support growth goals in areas as identified.
• Develop the brand identity and strategy in potential markets and then execute that strategy.
• Build, develop, coach and support an effective team; drive achievement of organizational objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and learning while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Through collaboration with other business units and corporate departments, establish overall governance, policies, procedures, systems, quality standards and best practices in the business.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and franchisees.
• Help promote and sell the franchise domestically and internationally.
• Working with franchisees, Regional Vice Presidents, support and training staff, and all departments within the organization to ensure the company’s overall growth and results.
