Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact supporting students as a speech-language professional in a contract role for the upcoming school year. Work with a diverse caseload spanning all ages, supporting communication and language development across multiple educational sites. This role focuses on providing direct therapy services, with paperwork, IEP management, and administrative functions largely covered by existing staff. Those with SLP-CCC or SLPA qualifications are encouraged to apply, as your skills will help shape young learners’ confidence and communication abilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure/certification as SLP-CCC or SLPA (school-based credentialing a plus)
• Experience delivering speech/language therapy in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Passionate about student-focused, direct service delivery
• Flexible and motivated to adapt to multiple worksite environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language intervention services to a caseload of 57 students across 6 locations in the Greensboro area
• Support students of various ages and abilities in achieving individualized communication goals
• Work onsite, following a 35-hour weekly schedule from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress as required
