Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Urgent Care | Full-Time #26-1020 Phoenix, Arizona, United States Job Description Location: Phoenix, AZ Status: Full‑Time Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM -- 8:00 PM, seven days a week Compensation: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus Position Summary We are seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable) Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted AZlicense for NP | PA Board certification or eligibility, as applicable PA: NCCPA certification NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required) Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) Ability to treat patients of all ages #J-18808-Ljbffr NextCare
