Quality Analyst
The Quality Analyst plays a critical role in implementing and maintaining all electronic quality systems. As the technology owner for the Rome, Georgia plant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective functioning of quality-related software and tools within the organization. This critical role will collaborate with frontline leaders, vendors and internal team members at all levels. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Smart Factory Ownership – Be the owner of technical support as we move into phase two of our Kellanova Work Systems journey. This will include configuring checks, providing training to plant team members, and validating data within the system. Statistical Process Control (SPC) Implementation – Be the lead in implementing and overseeing the Quality and Food Safety statistical process control initiatives. You will ensure adherence to quality standards through data analysis and process monitoring. Document Control and Compliance – Maintain the plant's document control database and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes. Data Tracking and Trending —Pull, track, and analyze quality-related data and trends, using that information to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Manage the business warehouse or Tableau systems for quality-related reporting. Provide insights and reports to support decision-making.
We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree or substantial experience in a relevant field. Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quality data from laboratory and in-plant processes, as well as tracking quality trends and implementing efficiency plans. Proficiency in Microsoft excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and reporting software such as Tableau. Ability to present to leadership and communicate complicated information to a broad audience.
