Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide transformative ABA services to a delightful 3-year-old child in Lacey Township, NJ! If you love working with children and are eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, this is the perfect role for you! Schedule : Option 1 : 8:00 am to 10:00 am (Daycare center) Option 2 : 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm (home based setting) Responsibilities Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Assist with school homework Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document session progress Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT Certification preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join LBAPS?
