Bilingual Client Success & Retention Specialist
Beyond Finance
Beyond Finance is seeking a Retention Specialist to support our financial hardship program customers through inbound calls, educating them on available options and helping them stay in the program. You will deescalate concerns, empathize with financial difficulties, and guide clients in navigating the program. In this role you will use our CRM to access client data, analyze financial situations, and craft customized solutions that align with the client’s goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beyond Finance
