Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Equipment Installer. This pivotal role requires an eye for detail and should be a proactive leader who can guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service. As the Lead Equipment Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring all installations adhere to industry specifications. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality equipment.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Interpret installation documents, technical drawings, and manuals to accurately install equipment.
- Apply basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical knowledge and experience for equipment installs.
- Collaborate with team members to train on best practices for installation.
- Document all installation procedures and diagnostic results thoroughly for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical systems. Construction experience also a plus.
- Strong understanding of installation manuals and interpreting technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and/or installation in industrial or construction environments.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills with the ability to guide a team through daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
