Our client is seeking a creative, hands-on Videographer and TikTok & Social Media Content Creator to support social channels. This role is ideal for a highly collaborative visual storyteller with a strong background in short-form video, social-first creative, and end-to-end content production.


The Videographer will bring ideas from concept through production, creating engaging, platform-native content that supports the social presence across TikTok and other relevant channels. This person will spend the majority of their time actively shooting content in practice, balancing in-office planning and creative development with in-field production.


What You'll Do


Develop, pitch, and execute original video concepts for social media, with a primary focus on TikTok and short-form content. Produce compelling, timely content that aligns with brand priorities, audience behavior, and platform trends. Own the full creative process, including ideation, pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery.


Capture high-quality video both in-office and in the field, adapting quickly to different environments, schedules, and creative needs. Edit content for social distribution, including selecting footage, shaping narratives, incorporating music, captions, graphics, and other elements that improve performance and accessibility.


Partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, engaging social content. Stay current on emerging social trends, creator formats, and best practices, bringing a strong point of view on how they can show up authentically across channels.


What You'll Bring


Experience creating, shooting, and editing short-form social video, ideally for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. A strong creative portfolio demonstrating concept development, videography, editing, visual storytelling, and an understanding of what drives engagement across social channels.


Proficiency with professional video production and editing tools, along with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through production while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.


A collaborative, adaptable approach and willingness to spend significant time on-location capturing content. Experience working with brands, creators, talent, or consumer-facing social campaigns is strongly preferred.
