Manage the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic maintenance schedule for each set of tooling to ensure full operability of each tool before its use with assistance from engineering and maintenance./liliSetup tooling for upcoming run. Ensure tooling set to defined setpoints as set by engineering./liliWork with Engineering to improve tooling setups to maximize uptime and product quality./liliParticipate in root cause analysis of equipment failures at the press station, shuttle and annealing section./liliKeep digital records of tooling and press station measurements and adjustments./liliPerform basic electrical and pneumatic work and intermediate level mechanical work on press station and tooling in support of the tasks denoted./liliWork with engineering in support of process improvement activities./liliMonitor processes and make adjustments as needed to improve yields, reduce waste, lower cycle times, and reduce overall operational costs./liliInvestigate causes of defects./liliTrain operations employees in the manufacturing process and oversee work defects./liliRegular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts./liliWork overtime as required./liliWork cooperatively with others./liliStand on concrete for 12 hours./liliWork in team environment and participate in team meetings./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongEducation:/strong/pulliHigh School diploma or GED/lili1-2 years previous manufacturing facility experience preferred/li/ulpstrongOther Requirements:/strong/pulliReliable, good attendance to report for all scheduled shifts on time and complete shifts./liliBe flexible in moving shifts based on training / resource needed./liliWork activities on the production floor, exposure to plant equipment and safety hazards./liliSteel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and dress code are required./li/ulpstrongKEY COMPETENCIES/strong/pulliResults Oriented: Strong work ethic, self-motivated with initiative and drive to complete work on time and deliver excellent work product/service.
