You will oversee a complex caseload of adults, manage safeguarding inquiries, supervise staff, audit cases and present learning practice sessions. Work in partnership with health professionals to assess and manage care of adults with complex and end‑of‑life needs. Support Operations Managers or Practice Managers, facilitate reflective practice sessions, share learning, and raise standards across the team. Key Responsibilities Oversee a complex caseload of adults with safeguarding, legal and clinical challenges. Complete supervisions, direct observations and audits of cases. Deliver learning practice sessions to staff. Participate in safeguarding triage and set clear terms of reference for enquiries. Qualifications Qualified in social work, occupational therapy, nursing or psychology and registered with the relevant body. Sound understanding of Safeguarding Adults legislation and practice. Level 1 Practice Educator Professional Standards (Enabling Learning) or equivalent, or willingness to undertake.
