This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in construction, mechanical work, fabrication, or general labor who want to build a long-term career in the elevator industry. If you're motivated, reliable, and eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Assist our installation team with elevator assembly, installation, and repair projects.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and prepare materials accurately according to project specifications.
• Safely use hand and power tools during installation projects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep projects on schedule.
• Travel to project sites throughout Florida as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  

What We're Looking For:

• A dependable individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and learning new skills.
• Flexibility to travel throughout Florida based on project needs.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical work is preferred.
• Elevator industry experience is a plus—but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
