Performance Quality Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Performance Quality Analyst for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The candidate will conduct QA assessments and performance monitoring while delivering insights to improve service quality and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Performance Quality Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Conduct quality assurance assessments and control testing to ensure compliance with established quality frameworks.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and generate insights, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk standards while supporting audits and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Risk/Control functions.
• Strong experience in QA testing, performance monitoring, and data analysis (advanced Excel, dashboards, reporting tools).
• Proven expertise in risk, compliance, and audit processes, preferably within financial services or insurance domains.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
