Hotel Housekeeper

Our client, a reputable hospitality organization, is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join their team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be part of the housekeeping department supporting guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

Candidates must be available to work the following schedules:

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure all rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards before guest arrival.

What's Needed?

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
