Director of Care Delivery

Leading the day-to-day operations of clinical care teams, the remote Director of Care Delivery will ensure exceptional patient and provider experiences while driving operational excellence and scalability in a virtual obesity medicine practice. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multidisciplinary care teams, including care coordinators and nursing support staff Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient access, care quality, and team efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance insights to enhance the virtual care model Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or clinical operations 3+ years of experience leading virtual care or digital health operations preferred Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and provider operations Strong analytical skills and proven ability to lead teams through growth and change
