Distribution Specialist

Distribution Specialist to add to our growing team! A successful Distribution Specialist is a trustworthy professional with excellent organization and multi-tasking skills. The chosen candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for maneuvering large projects, attention to detail, solution based problem-solving within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle high volumes of detail-oriented tasks Accurately pick, pack, and label products to fulfill orders while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements Verify incoming and outgoing inventory, including batch and lot numbers, product descriptions, and unit counts, against supporting documentation such as contact sheets and manifests Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory and order fulfillment; report issues to leadership in a timely and effective manner Support and participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts as assigned by Department Manager Support the Delivery fleet and Driver logistics as necessary Receive, inventory, and audit incoming and outgoing shipments between facilities; support the distribution to proper departments Partnering with Distribution and Delivery team personnel to ensure all targets and deadlines are understood and achieved on time; remain flexible as business needs evolve Complying with all documented security procedures and safeguarding inventory against diversion. Preferred Qualifications Experience in inventory tracking software in a cannabis, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related field Proficiency in mathematical calculations Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standard operating procedures, checklists, and protocols This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer. Working Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment can range from low to high. Temperatures in the work environment range from cold and dry to warm and humid, respective to the product processes and plant lifecycle. The work environment requires the use of PPE at all phases, and strict cleaning and cross-contamination protocols. The product and plants are agriculture goods that have the ability to produce odors that may linger, can penetrate clothing, and heighten senses.
