Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnose and resolve complex electrical, drivability, engine performance, and HVAC issues using modern scan tools and schematics.
• Full-Scope Repair: Complete heavy mechanical repairs, engine and transmission replacements, steering and suspension work, alignments, and brake overhauls.
• Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct state safety and emissions inspections, as well as comprehensive digital vehicle inspections (DVIs), to ensure all work meets or exceeds OEM standards.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example, support junior technicians with complex diagnostics, and uphold high standards of safety and organization.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active State Inspection and Emissions License ( Required ).
• Experience: Demonstrated success as a Master-level Automotive Technician; 5 or more years of professional shop experience preferred.
• Certifications: Active ASE Certifications (Master ASE preferred).
• Tools: Personal set of professional-grade hand tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate for a Master Technician.
• Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Mindset: Strong leadership skills, integrity, effective problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
