Must have 2+ years of Peds OR experience; Four 10 hour shifts. Absolutely no BG/license hits. No exemptions accepted. Will accept pending license for submittal ONLY but MUST have: 1. Date of application sent 2. Application #/Pending #LICENSE MUST BE ISSUED PRIOR TO START DATE. OFFERED DATE IS CONTINGENT UPON DATE OF APPLICATION **If offered w/pending license, License must be issued prior to start date. Start date is contingent upon license issued If offered and ACCEPTED, a photo is required upon signature. Guidelines for photos are: A current photo (recommended within 3 years). Photo is facing forward with full face frame in front of a plain background. DO NOT REMOVE BACKGROUND Properly cropped from just above the top of the head to the collarbone. No hats, sunglasses, or other people in the frame. Exceptions for head coverings for religious reasons can be made. The photo should be high resolution and color.
