Assessments & Program Development: Oversee functional assessments, individualized goals, and dynamic intervention plans. Qualifications For Center Director Candidates We seek mission‑aligned BCBAs ready to lead. Essentials include: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field. Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings. Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership.
