Logistics Clerk

Overview

The Logistics Clerk will support operations by managing and coordinating all clerical aspects of the supply chain. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient workflow across logistics and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of shipments, inventory, and purchase orders. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Excel, to create reports, track shipments, and manage daily communications. Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipment of materials. Communicate effectively with team members, warehouse staff, drivers, and management to resolve issues and provide updates. Verify accuracy of orders, shipping documents, and invoices to minimize errors and delays. Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed to optimize workflow and efficiency.
