Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney

Licensed in Georgia, the hybrid Associate Attorney will manage title review and curative responsibilities, as well as non-judicial foreclosure tasks, requiring a minimum of two years of experience in real estate law. Key responsibilities Review title examinations and provide recommendations for curing title issues within 24-48 hours Evaluate and rectify file-level issues by reviewing pleadings, loan documents, and foreclosure documents Maintain strong working relationships with insurers, vendors, and clients while managing an independent caseload Required qualifications Active Georgia Law License and good standing with the State Bar Minimum of two years of experience in real estate and title review/curative Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, with a preference for Mississippi Title Standards Experience with case and document management software is preferred
