About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Product Management to spearhead the strategy, execution, and growth of its Advanced Computing portfolio. This pivotal role involves defining the multi-year vision for the portfolio, which includes both hardware and software offerings, and ensuring the delivery of integrated, market-leading solutions that align with customer demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving portfolio prioritization, and leading roadmap execution across various advanced computing solutions. A key aspect of the role is to strengthen hardware-software integration, accelerate adoption, and shape the long-term product strategy to drive business impact. Applicants for the VP, Product Management position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management within the high-tech industry, with a proven track record of leadership at the Director or VP level. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, HPC environments, and/or Kubernetes-based technologies, and experience with integrated hardware-software solutions or infrastructure platforms. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The VP will also be responsible for building and leading a global team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring customer-centricity in all product management activities.
