We are searching for a Lead Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to assist in setting up expectations for management, deliver timely financial information including results, forecasting, and budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, predictive modeling, and performance against key operating metrics. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will help set financial expectations for management and deliver timely, accurate financial information, including results reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking against key operating metrics. This position reports to the Senior Director. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with some working knowledge of Power BI. They will have strong analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and the have the ability to present financial insights clearly and effectively are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the FP&A team’s needs.Build and manage comprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibilityLeading ICS Consolidations processPartnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and BAU deliverablesDriving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly ForecastsPartnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review resultsVariance Analysis including commentary and presentation of resultsPartner with Sales Finance team and assist in monthly deliverablesQualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in finance preferably FP&A or Decision Support functionsExcellent analytical, financial and business management skills with good understanding of P&L managementHigh proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications is a mustUnderstanding of Finance data flow and toolsProficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightsExcellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messagesHighly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environmentProactive mindset with a desire to drive changeDrives change management initiatives with a focus on embedding AI into everyday workflows to improve productivity, insights, and scalability.Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple prioritiesAttention to detail is a mustCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000.Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Benefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
