Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN specializing in Interventional Radiology for a contract position. The position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on various procedures such as vascular access, conscious sedation, and thoracentesis.

Responsibilities

• Performing Interventional Radiology procedures such as para/thoracentesis, LVO, FNA, midline, and PICC line insertions.
• Administering conscious sedation and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborating with a team of IR RNs and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive attitude in a challenging environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current hospital experience as an IR RN.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech, good vascular access skills, and PICC line or midline placement experience.
