Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are a growing, veteran-owned HVAC company seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you take pride in delivering quality work, enjoy troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, and are committed to excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Identify and resolve airflow issues and system performance problems
- Service and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs efficiently and safely
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service
- Complete service documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of airflow diagnostics and variable-speed equipment preferred
- Experience with commercial VRF systems and package units is a plus
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
