\nCompensation: $255,000 – $298,500 + Bonus Incentive\n

\nThis is not a passive panel-walking role.\n

\nWe are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Primary Care Physician who is comfortable building patient relationships, growing a practice, and serving a diverse senior population.\n
\n
\nFluency in Spanish is required — speaking, reading, and writing without limitation. Language proficiency testing will be required.\n
\n
\nThe Opportunity\n

\nThis is a full-time outpatient position focused on adult and geriatric primary care within a structured, value-based model.\n
\n
\nYou will:\n
\n
\n• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to seniors\n
\n• Manage moderately complex medical conditions\n
\n• Coordinate specialty referrals\n
\n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams\n
\n• Participate in quality improvement initiatives\n
\n• Exercise independent clinical judgment\n
\n
\nThis is a role for a physician who is confident, experienced, and comfortable taking ownership of patient outcomes.\n

\nBilingual Requirement (Non-Negotiable)\n
\n
\n• Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish\n
\n• Must speak, read, and write Spanish independently\n
\n• Must pass formal language proficiency assessment (ILR testing required)\n

\nThis population requires culturally competent, language-accessible care.\n

\nWe are seeking:\n

\n• 2+ years of experience in value-based or senior-focused care\n
\n• Comfort managing high-acuity geriatric patients\n
\n• Experience building and growing a patient panel\n
\n• Confidence operating with minimal supervision\n
\n
\nYou will report to clinical leadership but are expected to function independently.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n• MD or DO from an accredited institution\n
\n• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine\n
\n• Active, unrestricted state license\n
\n• Active DEA\n
\n• Experience in value-based care strongly preferred\n
\n• Strong documentation and EHR proficiency\n
\n
\nThis is a patient-facing role and includes standard clinical compliance screening.\n
\n
